Rara und Karten

The Rara and Maps group is made up of two teams: Old and Rare Prints and Maps and Geoinformation.

The Rare Books team is responsible for building, maintaining and providing access to the collection of scientific literature from the mid-15th to the early 20th century, as well as the report collection of research reports, dissertations and technical studies.

The Maps and Geoinformation team is responsible for building, maintaining and providing access to the collection of topographical and thematic maps from the 20th and 21st centuries, atlases and books, as well as geodata.

The Rare Books and Maps group is led by Dr Meda Diana Hotea.
