The ETH Library has now licensed Zotero Institution for the ETH community.

We have just published our new courses and workshops on our website. They cover a wide range of interesting topics. From September, we will be hosting many autumn semester webinars, courses and workshops again.

Female students, researchers, professors ¨C they are no longer a rare sight, but the road to gender equality at ETH Zurich has been long and often bumpy. Explora illuminates the exciting history of women at ETH: from courageous and persistent trailblazers to the dedicated representatives of an autonomous women¡¯s movement.

Explora starts a new format. In five episodes, the mini-series reports on an ambitious project that combines art and science: The creation of alternative habitats for corals through digital production methods ¨C an equally artistically and ecologically-scientifically exciting experiment.

Not going abroad this summer? Wanderlust? No problem! The Self-Access Centre offers you the opportunity to tour the most beautiful museums in the world virtually and to learn a language at the same time.

At the UZH and ETH Zurich Language Center¡¯s Self-Access Centre H?nggerberg, you can also meet every week during the semester break to learn languages in small groups.

From the Search Portal straight onto ETH Library¡¯s website ?

We demonstrate how you can search for information efficiently and manage literature. Research associates receive know-how about open access and research data management in workshops.

ETH Library is expanding its range of promotional items: Which products or freebies would make your university or everyday life easier or be beneficial in your free time? ?

Putting the finishing touches to an idea but you don¡¯t have the right tool at hand? ETH Library togehter with Student Project House now loans out portable electric tools, complete with all the accessories for your project. These include pad sanders, impact screwdrivers or hammer drills.

ETH Library is searching for ideas to improve its existing services and develop new ones. We are looking for our innovative spirit and creative input!

Geodata offers a wide range of application fields: for instance, maps and 3D visualisations can be produced, changes in the landscape and the cityscape visualised, or terrain and climate models analysed.
