There are tasks to complete both shortly before and after the return.
Mandatory
Recognition of credits attained during exchange
You must obtain the official transcript of records from your partner university in good time. Its authenticity must be verifiable for which there are several possibilities
Online verification (e.g. verification code, blockchain technology)
Direct delivery by the partner university via post or email to the departmental exchange coordinator or Student Exchange Office
Download from the partner university's system (link sent by the partner university to the departmental exchange coordinator or Student Exchange Office)
Schedule a meeting with your departmental exchange coordinator once you have your transcript. The departments decide on recognition and conversion into credit points. The conversion of grades is standardised across all departments according to a binding list.

Study report
You must write a study report for the International Knowledge Base. Your report will help future students to choose a partner university and courses.

By accepting the Student Exchange Office's scholarship, you agreed to write this report.
Scholarship
In general
- As a condition of your scholarship, you are required to submit a study report after your exchange.
- Failure to submit the report on time will result in the repayment of the scholarship already received.

Participation in events
You can use your personal experience to help students decide on an exchange or prepare for their time abroad. To support this, you will be invited by email to two events:
- Infomarkt (students considering an exchange)
- Get ready to go! (students preparing for their departure)
By accepting the Student Exchange Office scholarship, you have committed to participating in both events.
