Customer survey of Facility Management department started
On October 3, the customer satisfaction survey was sent out by e-mail to all employees and students of ETH Zurich. A link will take participants directly to the online questionnaire, which will only take around 6-8 minutes to complete. Respondents will have four weeks to take part in the survey and their anonymity will be guaranteed.
A general overview of the results from the survey will be published on the website in the first quarter of 2017. The Facility Management department reserves the right to analyse the survey in detail.
