oaFindr – the easy way to find Open Access publications on the Knowledge Portal
oaFindr is an extensive collection of over 20 million academic articles published Open Access via the golden, green and hybrid path. All the articles are peer-reviewed.
This collection is now available on ETH Library’s Knowledge Portal and enables specific searches for Open Access publications. Users outside the ETH Zurich’s IP range need to log into the Knowledge Portal.
oaFindr is a tool made by the company 1science and currently being tested by ETH Library for a year.
Procedure
Search for the desired article in the tab “Articles and more”. Then select oaFindr in the right-hand column under “Collection”. Your hits are restricted to freely accessible online articles. (Example with filtered results)
