How to reset your password
“Holidays that let you forget everything”. Read on for what to do if this happens to you with your ETH password after the summer holidays.
This scenario might sound familiar to some of us: A relaxing holiday when work recedes far into the background for a few weeks. But then, on the first day back at work, a dawning realisation: “What was my ETH password again?”
Resetting your password the easy way
If you have previously stored your authentication data, you can easily reset your password yourself. There are instructions on how to do this in the IT Knowledge Base.
And if you haven’t stored this data yet, you will find instructions for that in the IT Knowledge Base as well – perhaps something to take care of before your next holiday. Until then, the ITS Service Desk will be happy to help you reset your password.
