On 8 March, to mark International Women’s Day, female academics at ETH Zurich will have the opportunity in a salary workshop with Yannick Staubli, office for gender equality of the Canton of Zurich, to learn how to prepare optimally for salary negotiations as a woman. The workshop is aimed at women academics at ETH who wish to enter the private sector and will be offered in both English and German. Places are limited - please register external page here.
It will also be possible on International Women’s Day to practice job interviews at the ETH Career Center. For example, this can take the form of observing a simulated live interview between the moderators and a previously selected participant to draw conclusions for particularly tricky interview situations. The event will take place in the ETH main building. If you are interested, please register external page here.
Further activities, information and registration can be found on the ETH website for International Women’s Day.
