Workstream 4: Academic Departments
Mission of the workstream
- Development of a shared self-?image of the departments and their tasks, skills and responsibilities (TSRs)
- Further development of the organisation of the department management and the role of the professors in academic autonomy
- Definition of ways of effective and efficient academic cooperation between the academic departments, the Executive Board and central administrative units -> hand over to working group “Big Topics” for further processing
