Product and process management and PMO

The Product and Process Management and PMO group is responsible for the operation and further development of the three Ps: project, product and process management. The group offers consulting, support and workshop moderation for this purpose. In addition, the Product, Process Management and PMO group supports user-oriented service development by means of sounding boards, co-creation and targeted methodological expertise.
