Registration desk HPH
ETH Zurich offers internal and external organisers of events, symposia, and conferences registration desks that guarantee a professional appearance.

Costs
Assembling and dismantling 1 desk (counter and back wall) takes approx. 1 hour; each additional desk takes 0.5 hours at an hourly rate of CHF 100.00. Please request a quote from Facility Services beforehand. The invoice is based on the quote or the time expended at the current hourly rate (see Download 2-110-05G Price list for additional services (PDF, 89 KB)).
Reservation of space
Please arrange reservation times (desk assembly and dismantling) always with Facility Services and note that no assembly or dismantling is allowed after 3 p.m. or at weekends.
Desk usage
- To ensure a professional appearance, no stickers, posters or lettering may be attached to the desk, walls or pillars and no additional tables, posters or wooden panels are allowed.
- The event organiser is responsible for the programming of the screens (see the Download fact sheet “Registration desk specifications” (PDF, 201 KB)).
- Storage as well as assembly and dismantling is carried out by Facility Services.
