Parking at ETH

At the Zentrum and H?nggerberg sites, ETH Zurich offers paid parking spaces for cars as well as free parking spaces for e-bikes, bicycles and registered motorcycles.

General Information

The revised parking ordinance came into force on 1 January 2025.

Wheelchair users arriving at ETH Zurich by car will find specially marked parking spaces and barrier-free, signposted access to the respective campus as follows:

  • in the underground passage below Polyterrasse, left side of eLink bus stop
  • As well as in the multi-storey car park on level D, accessible via Karl-Schmid-Strasse.

  • in the multi-storey car park P2 on level A (lowest level)
  • As well as in the multi-storey car park P1 on level C, section 3.

 

Free parking:
Wheelchair users will receive a free exit ticket at the respective 365体育直播_365体育投注-竞猜网投 Info upon presentation of their parking ticket with a valid parking card for disabled persons.

Since January 2024 all electric charging stations for cars at ETH Zurich can be used by all ETH members. To charge your car at an ETH charging station, you must first register on swisscharge.

Charging price

Payment at the charging station is made using the free swisscharge AG mobile app. The charging price consists of the current tariff for the electricity (per kWh) and the charging time (per minute, from the end of the free charging period of 240 minutes).

Note: The use of the charging stations for e-bikes in the parking garage Zentrum (HG) is free of charge.

The electric car charging station are located on the H?nggerberg campus in P1 and P2 and in the central HG Garage, ETZ, CHN and IFW.
