How do I report needs?
Your request is estimated to be less than CHF 20,000
- Enter your request by yourself in the registration portal under Building Services.
- All ETH members are eligible.
Your request is estimated to be over CHF 20,000
- Discuss your requirements with the person responsible for your unit.
→ You can find them in the list Download Single Point of Contacts (PDF, 141 KB) (SPOC). - This person reports your need via the registration portal.
- The application must be accompanied by the Download ETH room/building application form (DOTX, 87 KB).
Please note
- Submit your application as early as possible.
- Describe your request in as much detail as possible and include technical information.
- Important: No rooms can be reserved in the above-mentioned registration portal.
- Please use the Room Information page instead.
- ETH employees can reserve the rooms managed by the Rectorate directly under Room Request.
