Psychological difficulties and crises are part of our workplace. Almost all Swiss people know at least one person who is affected by these mental health problems. It is therefore all the more important to recognise and support those affected.
It is important to recognise early signs of mental health problems in relatives, friends or colleagues, to approach them and offer help. The longer you wait, the worse the problems become.
In a series of sessions, the course covers basis knowledge about most common mental illnesses and the five steps to first aid are taught in a practical way. life situation. The focus is not on diagnosis or therapy but instead on supporting those affected in getting access to professional help
